This programs is committed to serving as the development enabler for the innovative application of communication technology or data innovative application, and integrating communication industry operators, vertical application operators, information and communication equipment manufacturers, system integrators, and related ministries and civil society, etc. to complete the foundation for communication innovation applications, develop people-oriented application services and innovate business models as well as realize global cross-border applications.

1. Public Innovation Grants-Call for 100 Proposal drives industrial innovation, collects communication innovative service ideas from the public, and enhances social value and output value.
2. Through cross-ministries collaboration, the first open video relay service (VRS) system platform is established, which would enhance the communication autonomy of hearing-impaired people.
3. Cross-ministries collaboration would also facilitate the introduction of 5G and other communication technologies, the establishment of 5G metaverse professional operation training system, a high-capacity 5G monitoring and cultivation facility system, and a 5G multi-dimensional mountain disaster rescue system, as well as innovative applications that can improve social well-being.
4. We support and guide vertical industry associations and engage them to focus on Taiwan's advantageous industries as to promote 5G innovative applications for industrial upgrading and transformation, as well as accelerate the diffusion and application of 5G private and dedicated networks.
