Design Overall Strategic Plan formulated according to the Ministry’s policy blueprint with a focus on strategies. In line with set goals and strategies, consolidate and form preliminary technological development, public construction, and social development projects for the Ministry and subordinate departments. Set medium- and long-term individual projects based on policy needs, submit them to the Executive Yuan for approval; after projects are implemented, regularly monitor progress and conduct performance evaluation after the end of a year.
